Android: Easiest way to install an APK, Use Dropbox

So Android KitKat 4.4 AOSP was recently released and there have been numerous people extracting the APK's for apps to install on current devices.  If you want to install it there are numerous methods on doing so.

The easiest I've found, which requires Dropbox and the ability to install from Unknown Sources, was to just drop the APK in your Dropbox account.  Then from the phone select it and it will download to your phone.  You'll be prompted to install the APK, or update your current application, and from there you just click Install.  That's it.
